By accessing or using SaaFee.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
SaaFee is a multilingual social media hashtag directory that provides curated hashtags, trending data, AI-powered hashtag generation, and image-to-hashtag analysis. The Service is available in English, Arabic, and Turkish. Some features require a Premium subscription.
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Premium subscriptions are billed through PayPal on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Premium page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, using automated tools to scrape or overload the Service, distributing malicious content, impersonating others, or using the Service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
All content, designs, logos, and code within SaaFee are the intellectual property of SaaFee or its licensors. Hashtag data sourced from social media platforms remains the property of their respective owners. AI-generated content produced for Premium subscribers may be used freely by the subscriber for personal and commercial social media purposes.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to data collection including email addresses, usage analytics, and cookies for language preferences. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
SaaFee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Previous versions of these terms are available upon request.
